Home Carers required £7.00 per hour probationary rate, rising to £7.50 Per hour, then £7.75 an hour after 1 years service. Double time on Bank holidays and 28 days paid holiday.
We are looking for carers in the Conwy, Denbighshire, Flintshire and Wrexham Counties. Previous experience in care would be an advantage but may not be essential as full training will be provided. You will be required to provide personal care, perform domestic duties, promote independence and generally support service users in their own homes. Other duties include care planning, risk assessing and service delivery. Applicant will meet 75% of CRB disclosure expense. Supervisors and Assistant Managers also required Supervisors £8,000 for 20 hour post Assistant Managers £16,000 for 35 hour post Assistant Manager - Denbighshire. Salary 16K pro rata. This role will have pay reviews which are anticipated to reach up to 20K after probationary period. You must have a full driving license and your own transport as this role will involve travel. You will be qualified to a minimum of NVQ level 2/3 in Care and will have previous experience in a similar. role.
