Calon Lan Community Care is a family run Domiciliary Care Provider based in Llandudno, North Wales. The aim of the agency is to provide assistance and social care to people in their own homes. Our personnel have a wealth of experience in all sectors of care. We have been established as a company since 2005, the foundations of which are built on our experiences in the care field, both in Residential and Domiciliary care providing services for older people and people with a disability. Calon Lan Community Care provides a service which makes it possible for our service users to stay at home. We provide that little bit extra so that you may continue enjoying the life you have been leading. Calon Lan’s offices are based in the centre of Llandudno providing a service throughout the Conwy County and Denbighshire County areas. Within Conwy we currently provide care to clients through all of the coastal towns including: Llanfairfechan, Penmaenmawr, Conwy, Llandudno, Penrhyn Bay, Colwyn Bay & Colwyn Heights, Abergele, Kinmel Bay and Towyn. We also provide care inland as far as Llanrwst and Tal Y Bont. Within Denbighshire we provide a service to all the following towns and any areas in between: Bodelwyddan, St Asaph, Rhyl, Prestatyn, Denbigh, Corwen, Ruthin and Llangollen.
